The Owner
Lane Lockard was born and raised in Anchorage. He has been a contractor in Anchorage since 2000. He graduated from Service High School in 1993 and from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 1999 with a bachelors degree in history. He is married with two children. He has extensive training in Akwarm software, blower door training, advanced building science, combustion safety, ventilation, roof science and technology, cold climate building, and weatherization for contractors. Lane enjoys solving technical problems and helping people make their homes function efficiently.
